I believe there is possibly some value in the NBA Finals MVP race currently. Not since 1969 has a player from the losing team won the award. That was, of course, Jerry West for the LA Lakers, who lost to the Boston Celtics that year. That was the first year the award was given out. I believe the value is on LeBron James, currently at +200 below. If the Cavs win the series, which at this point appears much less likely, but they are still tied!

If the Warriors win, Steph Curry will most likely be the winner, but, it is quite possible that LeBron takes down the award even with a losing effort, as he has obviously carried this team on his back once again with the injuries to All-Stars Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving.

Recommendation is to splash some on LeBron, before game 5 tonight, as even in a loss, he’s really the feature option most every time down the floor. Another interesting proposition is Timofey Mozgov, who led the Cavs in scoring in the game 4 loss.

What if he does that again the next few games, as they double LeBron? +15000 would be a nice payout!

Odds compliments of Sportsbook.ag.
